SHIPPING POLICY

Grand Sud Studio offers standard within Australia. Our boxes are delivered via Australia Post with a tracking number.

Our shipping rates are calculated from the collective weight of all of the pieces you are purchasing.

Free pick up from Golden Beach is welcomed! Please select this option at checkout, and we will provide the details for collection to you.

If you would like to organise pick up from Brisbane, please contact us on Instagram or email via hello@grandsudstudio.com as we travel to Brisbane frequently.

RETURNS POLICY

Grand Sud Studio wants you to feel confident in your purchase. That is why we accept returns and offer refunds for pieces paid in full, excluding shipping costs either way.

To return a piece, notify us at hello@grandsudstudio.com within 7 days of receiving the piece to arrange a return. It is the customer's responsibility to return the piece in the condition it was received using a secure postage method with tracking and signature confirmation.

Once we receive the item and confirm the condition, the customer will be issued a refund, less the postage cost.

Returns are not accepted for pieces bought on sale or for pieces that are custom or altered. These pieces are final sale..
